“Keith and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish laying over 100m2 of patio and path in indian sandstone, creating a decking area around our hydrotherapy pool and assembling a solid oak porch. They worked long days and tidied daily. Highly recommend.”
Keith has been a super contractor. We are a group of 5 hotels and he has worked in 4 of them and his work is exceptional – cannot fault him. I would 100% recommend him.
“I have collaborated with Keith and his colleagues for three years on our challenging house refurbishment. The works consisted primarily of the internal reconfiguration of our converted barn, the construction of a small extension and external works associated with the re-planning of our garden. The works comprised the construction of new foundations, slabs and drainage, temporary works associated with the removal of internal walls and installation of new steel members, construction of new internal walls and floors, underfloor heating and associated screeding. The external works comprised the construction of ground bearing slabs and screeds, installation of granite setts and kerbs, installation of slate tiles and associated drainage works. It has been a pleasure working with them. We have found them always to be trustworthy and courteous. They are prompt and are always on site when they say they are going to be. They have a breadth of knowledge and skills which they are able to bring to the process. Their work is of a consistent high quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
“In 2005 we bought a terraced house in Hastings which needed ground to roof renovation inside and out, almost every trade was needed in the transformation. Keith Atkins of Mays Ground and Brickwork provided his own team of labourers as well as dealing with local professional companies and project managed from start to finish. With skilful negotiating, he cut our Rentokil damp bill by two thirds for us. He also took all stress on as it was a big project for us and came in under budget; we now have a cosy and pretty cottage.”
